What payment methods do you accept?
Online banking, MobilePay, credit/debit cards and Klarna.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days to Finland.
How much does shipping cost?
Small parcel (1–2 items) 4.90 €, otherwise 6.90 €.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking code?
You'll receive the tracking code by email when your order is shipped.
Can I order as a business (with invoice)?
Yes. For business orders, please contact camilla@bulkkinen.fi.
How do I order customized clothing for my team or company?

2. Returns and exchanges
Are returns free?
No. The customer covers the cost of returning the item.
How does the return process work?
Return instructions are included with your order on the exchange and return form. If you have any questions, please contact info@bulkkinen.fi.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
How do exchanges work, and are they free?
If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact info@bulkkinen.fi. Exchanges are free of charge.
3. Products and fit
How do I choose the right size?
You'll find the size chart in each product description. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact info@bulkkinen.fi.
Where are the products made?
Our products are made in China. We regularly visit our factories to ensure that labor laws, occupational safety regulations, environmental laws and other matters are in order.
How are the products washed and cared for?
Each of our products has a care label. Please follow the instructions on the care label when washing.
