    Cancellation and right of return

    I accept the terms of use of the service and understand that the training program has no right of exchange / or cancellation. Physical products, such as shirts, caps and other accessories, have the normal right of exchange and return according to the Consumer Protection Act.

    According to the Consumer Protection Act, the right to exchange and return is 30 days from the order.

    The customer is responsible for the costs of returns. Returns should be made to:

    Enclose a message stating your name, order number and whether you want to exchange or return the product.

    We recommend using the postal code Helposti for returns. Easily the code is the cheapest and easiest option for returns.
    The Helposti code is purchased directly from the post's website and the shipping price is €4.90 - €6.90 depending on the size of the package.
    Letters are not tracked, so their use is the responsibility of the customer.

    Goods and product warranty

    According to the Consumer Protection Act, the warranty corresponding to the assumed use of the product applies to the product warranty for clothing. The manufacturing and product defect of the clothes must become apparent within 3 months of the order. Otherwise, the fault can be attributed to wear caused by the use of the product.

    The 14-day cancellation period is calculated from the receipt of the ordered goods or the last batch of goods. If it is a regularly delivered item, the cancellation period is calculated from the receipt of the first batch of goods.

    Delivery policy

    The exercise program will be delivered to your e-mail as a PDF file. The training program will also appear on your own pages if you have selected "Create an account" when ordering.

    All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Physical products such as shirts, caps and other accessories are sent directly from the manufacturer (EU countries) or from our own warehouse (Finland). Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 days depending on the products. In some cases, a longer delivery time is possible.
